Thanksgiving Fun Meets Fitness at the St. James Vineyard Turkey Trot 5K
Event Supports Nikolas Ritschel Foundation in Granting Wishes to Young Adults Battling Cancer
What: St. James Vineyard Turkey Trot 5K - A fun and festive Thanksgiving-themed 5K run/walk at the award-winning St. James Winery. Participants will race through the beautiful vineyard, receive exclusive race swag (super soft long sleeve t-shirt, shatterproof wine glass, finisher medal), and enjoy a post-race wine pour. All proceeds from the event benefit the Nikolas Ritschel Foundation (Nik's Wish), helping grant wishes to young adults battling cancer.
About Nik's Wish: The Nikolas Ritschel Foundation grants wishes to young adults ages 18-24 who are fighting cancer, providing moments of joy and hope during their toughest battles. Founded in memory of Nikolas Ritschel, the foundation's mission is to create precious memories for young adults and their loved ones battling cancer.
Who: The event is open to runners, walkers, wine enthusiasts, and anyone looking to enjoy a fun outdoor experience while supporting a great cause. Participants of all ages are welcome, with discounted registration available for minors (though participants under 21 will not receive a wine pour). The race is also dog-friendly, allowing dogs to join the run, although they will not be permitted inside the winery.
